Refund policy

At Panda Life, we keep things simple:

✅ We do accept returns if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

❌ We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong size/color, or want your money back without a valid reason.


Please check your order carefully before purchasing (size, color, and product details). If you’re unsure, reach out to us before you buy—we’re happy to help.


How Returns Work

 

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Once reviewed, we’ll either send you a replacement or fix the issue.

 

What’s Not Accepted

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse (example: “I just don’t want it anymore”).
  • Chargebacks or refund requests without a valid reason.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

 

EU Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. The item must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging.
